Guangzhou Evergrande, one of the most successful football clubs in China, has made another impressive debut for their young player, Zhang Guoliang. The 19-year-old winger scored his first professional career goal during Guangzhou's match against Wuhan Zall on Sunday.

Zhang, who was born in Guangdong Province, began his football journey at a young age with his local team, Dongguan Xinhua. He then moved to Guangzhou Evergrande's youth academy where he honed his skills under the guidance of the club's coaches.

After impressing in training, Zhang made his senior debut for Guangzhou Evergrande in March this year. He played in three matches before being loaned out to Jiangsu Suning for the rest of the season.

In his first professional appearance, Zhang was given the opportunity to showcase his talents as he started alongside fellow youngster Zhang Yuzhe. Both players were expected to make an impact but it was Zhang Guoliang who stole the show.

The winger opened the scoring in the 6th minute by beating two defenders before slotting home from close range. This was followed by a well-taken second goal in the 85th minute after he capitalized on a defensive error.

Zhang's performance has set records and expectations high for him and his teammates. He is already the youngest player to score for Guangzhou Evergrande and he has become a fan favorite with his lightning-fast pace and skillful dribbling.

As the season progresses, Zhang will continue to learn and grow under the tutelage of Guangzhou Evergrande's experienced coaching staff. With such talent and potential, it's clear that Zhang Guoliang will be a star in the making for Guangzhou Evergrande and Chinese football in general.
